The Isle of Man Aerospace Cluster has launched a new programme which will measure its performance and improve its competitiveness.
The Journey to Process Excellence is a business improvement tool which is used by aerospace and high-tech manufacturers to measure their own capabilities and resilience.
That will eventually allow them to develop a strategy to improve quality management, leadership and process flow.
The first five companies to use the programme are Swagelok, Target Aerospace, Manx Engineers, European Aviation Maintenance and GE Aviation.
