Junior Chamber of Commerce Isle of Man held its Annual General Meeting at the Claremont Hotel in Douglas yesterday.
The AGM was well attended, coinciding with a talk from local IT consultant Owen Cutajar on the use of social media in promoting business.
The meeting also saw new appointments on the Executive Committee.
Steve Burdett retired as president, being replaced by last year's chairman Richard Davies, with Alex Duffy filling that position for the forthcoming year.
JCC's next event takes place on Wednesday, October 13 at 6pm at the Claremont Hotel in Douglas.
E-business and space commerce director Tim Craine and Alex Downie MLC will present an update on the growing Manx space industry.
The event is open to members and non-members.
