Island accountancy firm KPMG is to host a business briefing for the Island's legal and financial sector on transaction issues for AIM companies later this month.
The Mergers and Acquisitions breakfast event will feature a talk from Paul Shackleton of financial adviser WH Ireland.
The firm is ranked the UK's third largest corporate adviser by number of Alternative Investment Market clients and has ties to the founding members of the Manchester Stock Exchange.
KPMG speakers Russell Kelly and Kristan King will be joined on the platform by Gary Lamb from Manx Telecom, which launched on London's junior stock market in February 2014.
You can hear the experts discuss a range of AIM transaction issues at Bar George on Wednesday 18 March between 0830 and 1030. Admission is free, but you should register to attend with KPMG.
