Cyberscience analytics assist IOM Gov

An Island-based IT software firm is transforming financial reporting in government - tracking expenditure across all departments.

Cyberscience Corporation has positioned one of its four global software development centres in Peel, from where its partnership with the Manx government was forged. 

The firm's data reporting software Cyberquery (CQ) offers clients a blend of business intelligence, financial reporting and analytics, and is currently being deployed in partnership with the Manx Treasury and the government's in-house IT department.

The company says its product looks across existing databases, extracting crucial information for policy-makers in a readily accessible way, quickly.

It can offer an at-a-glance view on spending in areas from mobile phones and laptops to utility bills, and it can categorise both suppliers and customers.
