Government figures show consumer prices index increased 0.3% in July
Inflation on the Isle of Man increased to 2.1% last month.
The latest Government figures show the Consumer Prices Index rose 0.3% over the course of July, up from 1.8% in June.
Education, transport and culture have all seen increases over the last 12 months, with the other travel costs category jumping up by almost 25%.
Subscriptions to the internet have increased by 12.5% while postage has risen by almost a tenth.
However, the inflation report shows milk, eggs and wine have all seen small price decreases.
