Waterside development on drawing board
A company’s applied to build a dozen new industrial units on South Quay in Douglas.
Quay Properties Ltd, itself based on South Quay, says it wants to build the new units behind Swan House to provide around 1100 square metres of premises.
In its application, it says the units would be for light industrial use and is part of a phased redevelopment of the area.
