Three-month trial for Capital International Group for employees
Almost 40 workers in Douglas are being offered free bus travel by their company as part of a three-month trial.
Capital International Group employees can sign up to the scheme which means there'll be no cost getting to and from the office.
Despite bus journeys on the Island being capped at £2, the company found some people were still spending more than £80 going to and from work.
The scheme is not only aimed at easing the burden of the cost-of-living crisis, but also reducing emissions produced by the daily commute.
