Offices above a busy nightspot in central Douglas could be converted into apartments, if planners give the go-ahead.
Peter Oldham, who owns the building on Victoria Street, says despite sending out thousands of leaflets to businesses around the Island and setting up a website to market the property, there’s been little interest in leasing the offices.
He’s now applied to convert the space above the Bath & Bottle - which is unaffected by the proposals - into six flats.
You can find out more about the planning application on the government’s website gov.im.
