Big picture briefing for bank clients
Investing around threats was the theme of a briefing delivered by one of Barclays International's top men, to Island clients this week.
The bank's Head of Investment Strategy for the UK and Europe William Hobbs outlined to a Manx audience the current state of capital markets, giving an expert view on where the most attractive opportunities lie.
Mr Hobbs, a fellow of the Securities Institute with more than 10 years experience in the financial sector, also turned to a wider perspective, offering views on the global economic outlook, the impact of the US elections, Brexit and China.
