Acquires Vivat Trust and Corporate Services
International trust and corporate services provider, Equiom has expanded its Jersey business.
It follows the acquisition of Vivat Trust & Corporate Services Limited, an independent fiduciary services provider based in Jersey.
The Eqiom Group has now made six acquisitions since December 2014
All the staff at Vivat have been offered positions with Equiom and the move to Equiom’s offices in St Helier will be complete by early February.
The news follows the significant expansion of Equiom in the Channel Islands last year after the acquisitions of Ardel Trust Company (Guernsey) Limited in February 2015 and Lloyds Trust Company (Channel Islands) Limited in May 2015.
