Facility seeking to create parkland environment
Eden Business Park has submitted an application to expand its development at Cooil Road.
The plans include creating a parkland environment, with cycle paths, walkways, as well as extensive planting.
The scheme also incudes cycle storage and shower facilities which they hope will encourage active travel, along with electric car charging, new bus stops and pedestrian crossings.
They claim this has been enabled through the zoning of the land in the Area Plan for the East (site BE002(a)g) to meet the Island’s needs and provide a platform to support growth.
