The Financial Supervision Commission is warning about a bank which claims to have offices in the Isle of Man.
The Bank Of Family International makes the claim on its website but after investigation the FSC says it's not a Manx-registered company, a foreign company with a place of business here, or a registered business name.
The commission is stressing the bank is not licensed in the Island for any regulated activity.
It says it can't find any links between the company and the Isle of Man, and is warning people to steer well clear of it.
