
The Directors Disqualification Regime.
That’s the title of the latest seminar organised by the Association of Corporate Service Providers.
Sponsored by Barclays Wealth, the seminar - on Thursday, February 19 - will be delivered by Chris Brooks of Mann and Partners.
He will cover issues including the rationale for the disqualification regime and its characteristics in outline; procedural aspects to disqualification; alternatives to disqualification; consensual disqualification – The Carecraft Procedure; why and for how long an individual might be disqualified, and The Company Officers Disqualification Bill 2008 - undertaking and investigative powers.
Mr Brooks will also illustrate his presentation with a number of recent cases.
The seminar will take place at the Upper Church Hall, Loch Promenade Church, Douglas, with registration at 12 noon for a 12.30pm start.
