Cowley Groves confirms new director appointments

Orry-James Creane and Simon Dixon take up senior roles

Island estate agent, Cowley Groves, has confirmed two new appointments to senior positions.

The company has announced Orry-James Creane will take up the post of Director.

Since returning to the Island having previously worked for Savills HQ in London, Mr Creane has taken charge of both the commercial and residential lettings departments.

He'll be responsible for the firm's direction including residential sales, property management and commercial agency.

Meanwhile, Simon Dixon is being further elevated to the position of associate director.

Having been with Cowley Groves since 2011, Mr Dixon is a fellow of The National Association of Estate Agents (FNAEA).

Chairman of the company, Davd Creane, says both Mr Creane and Mr Dixon are 'very well placed' to take Cowley Groves into the future.
