Citywing is supporting an initiative which is part of the Island of Culture celebrations.
Once a month for the whole of 2014 a different artist will be brought to the Isle of Man - "Artist On A Plane".
It's the brainchild of Helen Fox, who is programme manager for art, design and media at the Isle of Man College.
Those who come over will give talks about their work to students, teachers, artists, and anyone else who is interested.
