Caterleisure bosses will at Noa Bakehouse between 4.30pm and 6pm to see what local producers - who should bring samples - have to offer.
It's part of DEFA's Food Matters strategy to expand the value of Manx produce to the local economy.
Latest figures show almost 804,000 trips in and out of the airport in 2016 - suggesting there's a large untapped market.
