Isle of Man-based Emerging Metals Limited has given notice of its annual general meeting.
The company, which specialises in mining minor or emerging metals, says it will be at the Claremont Hotel in Douglas, starting at 10am on October 20.
Shareholders have already been sent copies of the AGM notice, as well as audited accounts to the March 31.
