World Tin Bath Championships raises more than £6,000

Thousands raised for charity at annual Castletown event

This year's World Tin Bath Championships raised more than £6,000 for charity.

The event, hosted by the Castletown Ale Drinkers Society, took place on 7 September.

Hundreds of people took to Castletown's Middle Harbour for an afternoon of racing.

Abigail Quinn was once again female champion, whilst Steve Watt finished first in the men's race.
