Freemasons 'Teddies for Loving Care' initiative rolled out via charities
Fifty teddy bears will be finding new homes on the Island as part of a charity initiative to provide comfort to children in distress.
The Isle of Man Province of Freemasons has donated them to Rebecca House Children’s Hospice and Isle Listen as part of ‘Teddies for Loving Care’.
The freemasons say they wanted to support the ‘sterling work’ in providing respite, palliative and end of life car for children up to the age of 18 who are looked after by Rebecaa House.
It adds: "Isle Listen, likewise, received 25 teddy bears in support of their excellent work to equip the Island’s young people with the skills and resilience to navigate mental health and emotional challenges."
