A short informal Service to remember the 35 Manx Residents who lost their lives in the plane crash on Winter Hill on 27th February 1958
The Rotary Club of Douglas is again organising a Service of Remembrance for the victims of the Winter Hill Air Disaster in 1958. The short, informal Service will be held as usual at Cooil y Ree Park, St. John's at 11.00 and will last approx. 20 minutes. Afterwards, those attending are invited to enjoy refreshments at Greens Cafe across the road courtesy of the proprietors. Everybody is welcome to attend.
