Fairtrade is 30 years old. In Fairtrade Fortnight 9th Sept - 22nd Sept a Fairtrade Coffee Morning & Cookie Competition event is celebrating the occasion

The Isle of Man is a Fairtrade community and all are welcome to join the celebration that Fairtrade is 30! Fairtrade coffee and tea will be available to buy, also croissants, cake, biscuits and fruit squash will be on sale during the event.
In the church entrance/atrium a Fairtrade stall of chocolate, tea, coffee, cocoa and dried fruit items etc will be available to purchase. Also a home produce and cake stall and children's activities of colouring-in cards and 'Ice a cupcake'.
Get ready to bake and enter the Fairtrade Cookie Competition!
The competition is free to enter. Entries are accepted in the following age groups:
Group 1: 3 - 9yr; Group 2: 10 - 15yr; Group 3: 16yr +/adults.
Cookies can be any type but must be homemade and contain at least one Fairtrade ingredient. Place and cover 4 cookies on a plate with its recipe and name of Fairtrade ingredient(s) used and take your entry(ies) to Colby Methodist Church on Saturday 14th September at 9.45am.
Prizes of 1st, 2nd, 3rd in each group will be presented at 11.45am.
