Christmas Cake Decorating Demonstration - Port Erin

Lynda is a highly qualified Confectioner who trained and worked with a baker to the Royal Family.
Her Christmas cakes have been a main attraction at the Inner Wheel Christmas Fair for many years. Sadly she will no longer be able to supply her wonderful cakes but she is prepared to show us how to do it ourselves. This is an event not to be missed, to learn the professional techniques of cake decorating and, at the end, Lynda will raffle two of her creations. All the proceeds will go to Parkinson's Disease Society, Isle of Man and other local charities. It will be on Thursday 24th October at Port Erin Methodist Hall at 2pm. Entry is £5 which includes tea, coffee and biscuits.
