Teare says budget rebalancing is progressing

Rebalancing of government budgets is on track, according to the treasury minister.
Speaking live on Mandate on Manx Radio this morning, Eddie Teare said it's still very much a work in progress, though.
And he insists using all of the Island's reserves now is not the answer:
